Abstract
the article presents the history of the art of oratory, scientific and philosophical thoughts, views and opinions of allomas about speech. Also, Farabi and Abu Ali Ibn Sina's contributions to the development of the art of oratory and Abu Raihan Beruniy were described in the rules of good speech composition, the standard of speech, the criterion of lower thinking and speaking.
