Abstract

This article examines classroom management and provides effective techniques that entail organizational and disciplinary skills that help make various types of classroom interactions more systematic and aligned with learning objectives.   Some studies actually show that when teachers do not effectively manage disruptive behavior in the classroom, the average rate of cognitive development among all students suffers greatly.
