Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of crisis leadership in higher education institutions, focusing on the strategies and decision-making processes employed during times of uncertainty and disruption. It explores how leaders navigate challenges such as financial instability, public health crises, and technological shifts, emphasizing adaptability, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research identifies key traits and practices that contribute to effective crisis management while highlighting lessons learned from recent institutional responses. The findings aim to provide a framework for developing resilient and proactive leadership in the evolving landscape of higher education.
