Abstract

This study examines the relationship between high commitment work systems (HCWS) and organizational productivity, focusing on how HCWS practices influence employee motivation, engagement, and overall performance. The research explores key elements of HCWS, including employee involvement, training, job security, and rewards, and their impact on fostering a committed and productive workforce. By analyzing data from various organizations across different industries, the study identifies how these systems enhance both individual and organizational outcomes. The findings provide valuable insights into how organizations can implement HCWS to drive productivity and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
