Abstract

This article provides historical information about the life and activities of Mahmud Ghaznavi, one of the rulers of the centralized Turkic state of the Ghaznavids, who lived in Khorasan, Northern India and partly in Movarunnahr, which took place in the history of Uzbekistan in the 10th-20th centuries.
