THE IMPACT OF ADMINISTRATIVE-SUPERVISORY LEADERSHIP DURING THE PANDEMIC

Abstract
This study explores the impact of administrative-supervisory leadership on educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. It examines how leaders adapted to unprecedented challenges, implemented crisis management strategies, and ensured organizational resilience. Drawing on qualitative and quantitative data from school administrators, teachers, and staff, the study highlights key leadership practices, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making under uncertainty. Findings reveal that proactive leadership fostered stronger institutional stability, increased teacher motivation, and improved student learning outcomes despite disruptions. This research contributes to the field of educational management by offering insights into leadership dynamics in times of crisis, providing practical implications for future preparedness.
