LEADING IN A CULTURE OF CHANGE: THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN ADAPTATION

Abstract
This study explores the role of educational leadership in navigating and leading within a culture of change. It examines how school leaders manage transitions, whether in curriculum, technology, or policy, and how they foster an adaptive environment that encourages growth and innovation. Using qualitative methods, including interviews with school administrators and teachers, the research identifies key leadership strategies such as vision communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous professional development. The findings highlight that effective leadership in times of change requires flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to collaborative decision-making. The study offers recommendations for educational leaders to successfully guide their institutions through periods of transformation.
