Abstract

This study explores the role of instructional leadership in fostering teacher professional growth, emphasizing the impact of leadership practices on enhancing teaching effectiveness and student outcomes. It examines key aspects of instructional leadership, such as providing professional development opportunities, supporting instructional strategies, and promoting reflective practices among teachers. By analyzing data from schools with varying leadership styles, the research highlights how effective instructional leadership contributes to the continuous improvement of teaching practices, strengthens teacher motivation, and creates a culture of collaboration. The findings offer valuable insights for educational leaders seeking to support teacher development and improve educational quality.
