Mechanisms and Methods of Involving Minors in Drug Addiction and Drug Business

Abstract
The article raises the question of the involvement of minors in drug addiction by adults. The problem of latency of this type of crime is posed, one of the reasons for which is the lack of interest of drug control structures in investigating the facts of involvement, initiating criminal cases on these facts and bringing those involved to justice. The article discusses the main mechanisms of involving minors in the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues. The author provides two groups of ways to involve minors in drug-related criminal activities; typical shortcomings are noted in identifying this type of crime, certain difficulties in identifying the person involving a minor in drug trafficking.
