MANAGEMENT CONTROL ROLES DURING PANDEMIC CRISES

This research examines the management control roles during pandemic crises, focusing on how organizations adapted their control systems to maintain operational efficiency and financial stability. It explores how management control mechanisms, such as budgeting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning, were adjusted in response to the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through case studies across various industries, the study identifies key strategies for ensuring effective governance and decision-making during times of uncertainty. The findings provide valuable insights into how management controls can be strengthened to improve organizational resilience in future crises.
