MEDIATING EFFECTS OF ENGAGEMENT AND TRUST ON LEADERSHIP PERFORMANCE

Abstract
This study investigates the mediating effects of engagement and trust on leadership performance, focusing on how these psychological and relational factors influence the effectiveness of leaders in various organizational settings. The research explores the interplay between leader-member engagement, the trust built within teams, and how these dynamics contribute to enhanced leadership outcomes. Using a combination of surveys and performance data across diverse industries, the study identifies how high levels of engagement and trust can mediate the relationship between leadership behaviors and team performance. The findings offer practical insights into fostering trust and engagement as key drivers of leadership success and organizational performance.
