Abstract
This study examines the role of digital platforms in professional development, focusing on the case of ELLN (Early Language, Literacy, and Numeracy) Digital in K-3 education. It explores how the platform supports educators by providing accessible, interactive, and scalable training modules designed to enhance their teaching skills in foundational literacy and numeracy. Through a combination of surveys, interviews, and usage analytics, the research highlights the platform’s impact on teacher competency, instructional practices, and student learning outcomes. The findings underscore the potential of digital platforms like ELLN Digital to bridge professional development gaps, promote lifelong learning, and improve educational quality in early childhood education.
