LEADERSHIP, CRISIS MANAGEMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE: A CASE STUDY OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract
This case study explores the interrelationship between leadership, crisis management, and organizational culture in educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. It examines how school leaders adapted their strategies to manage the challenges posed by the pandemic, including the shift to online learning, maintaining staff and student well-being, and ensuring continuity of education. Through qualitative methods, including interviews with administrators, teachers, and students, the study highlights the role of leadership in fostering resilience, communication, and collaboration. It also analyzes how organizational culture influenced the effectiveness of crisis response. The findings underscore the importance of adaptive leadership and a strong, supportive culture in navigating crises and ensuring organizational survival and growth.
