Protecting The Population and Their Areas From Emergencies And Improving The Fire Safety System

Abstract

Ensuring human safety in the course of human activity is one of the urgent political issues today. Rather than eliminating the large negative consequences of the occurring natural and man-made disasters on people's lives and living environment, their prevention gives an effective result.

In the article, the man-made disaster is considered as a catastrophic process that develops as a result of the disruption of the normal interaction of technological objects with the components of the natural environment and leads to the death of people, the destruction and damage of economic objects and the components of the natural environment. It has been stated that the integrated state system and its coordinating body, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has been established, the necessary regulatory and legal framework of the field has been formed, and the work on strengthening the capabilities of other ministries and agencies in the prevention of emergency situations, their prevention and elimination of their consequences has been described. The main focus is on the new suppressor of reforms in the protection of the population and territories of our republic from emergency situations and fire safety, as well as the study and research of favorable conditions for the effective operation of rescue and fire brigades, taking into account the complex features of emergency situations in modern conditions and in the future.
