Expanding the Independent Outlook of Students Through International Foreign Study Programs in Higher Education Institutions

This article discusses the improvement of students’ independent worldview during class time and free time with the help of foreign educational programs in higher education institutions. The current features of developing clear and thorough principles in raising students’ worldview are analyzed during the foreign curriculum. Proposals and recommendations are given regarding the development of independent outlook of students.
