THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership on employee innovative behavior across various organizational settings. By examining key transformational leadership traits such as vision, motivation, and individualized consideration, the research explores how these characteristics encourage employees to engage in creative problem-solving, idea generation, and process improvement. Using surveys and interviews with employees in different sectors, the study identifies the positive correlation between transformational leadership and the promotion of innovative behaviors. The findings suggest that leaders who inspire, support, and challenge their teams foster an environment conducive to innovation. The study provides practical recommendations for leaders to enhance creativity and drive innovation within their organizations.
