PROMISING PRACTICES FOR MULTILINGUAL LEARNERS: INSIGHTS FROM POLICIES AND PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS

Abstract
This study explores promising practices for supporting multilingual learners through insights derived from educational policies and pedagogical innovations. It examines how schools and educators implement strategies that cater to the linguistic diversity of students, focusing on policy frameworks, teaching methods, and support systems that enhance language acquisition and academic success. Drawing from case studies and interviews with educators, policymakers, and multilingual learners, the research highlights effective practices such as bilingual education, culturally responsive teaching, and differentiated instruction. The findings underscore the importance of inclusive policies and innovative pedagogies in ensuring equitable opportunities for multilingual learners. The study provides recommendations for scaling these practices to improve learning outcomes in diverse classrooms.
