Abstract

This article analyzes the legal foundations of lease agreements for enterprises and the relationships between entrepreneurial entities. The contract has a bilateral nature, establishing mutual rights and obligations between the lessor and the lessee. The process of drafting the contract requires registration with the state, which ensures that the contract has legal force.
