Abstract

The engagement of voice assists in the performance of EFL students when it comes to public speaking engagement. In any communication, a good voice must include tonal variation, pitch, volume, pace, and enunciation, so the conveyance is both easily understood and interesting. This article discusses the obstacle that language constitutes for EFL students and how voice training can assist them in not only developing their confidence but also delivering powerful speeches. It also offers suggestions to teachers on how to encourage students practice of public speaking using vocal dynamics in the voice appropriate for the specific context of EFL classrooms. It also covers practical examples and some of the most apparent issues that arise in the process of developing vocal delivery.
