Abstract

This article describes pedagogical activity, teacher's personality, his pedagogical-psychological preparation, professional knowledge and personal qualities related to pedagogical skills.

Also, the characteristics of the teacher's management skills, innovative activity, creative curiosity, pedagogical ability, and creative approach to the educational process are mentioned.
