Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive framework for empowering educators with big data to enhance decision-making in digital pedagogies. The integration of big data analytics in education has the potential to revolutionize teaching and learning by providing actionable insights into student performance, engagement, and learning preferences. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research identifies key components of an effective big data framework, including data collection, analysis, and visualization tools tailored for educators. The study explores practical applications such as personalized learning paths, real-time intervention strategies, and predictive analytics for academic outcomes. Findings reveal that when educators are equipped with user-friendly data platforms and adequate training, their capacity for informed decision-making improves significantly, leading to enhanced teaching effectiveness and student success. Challenges, such as data privacy concerns and the digital skills gap, are also addressed, with recommendations for fostering a culture of data literacy and ethical use in educational institutions.
