Factors of Developing Social Activity and Leadership Abilities of Students in Higher Education

Abstract
Today, the new modern higher education system plays an important role in preparing students for activity and leadership skills. This article analyzes the factors contributing to the development of students' social activity and leadership skills. In the educational process, the necessary pedagogical, psychological, and social conditions for the formation of social activity and leadership abilities are studied. The article analyzes the necessary methods, innovative approaches, and ways to integrate digital technologies to support these factors in higher education institutions. In the research process, methods aimed at developing students' initiative, responsibility, teamwork, communicative competence, and management skills are considered.
