The article analyzes the concept of moral-ethical identity, the scientific substantiation and refinement of conceptual approaches to developing moral-ethical identity in prospective teachers, as well as ideas pertaining to the activity-based approach, acmeological approach, professional self-awareness, spiritual responsibility, social duty, ethical stance, and civic consciousness.
