Innovative Approaches to the Training of Russian Language Teachers: Integration of International Experience and New Assessment Methods

Abstract
This text explores modern methods and formats for training Russian language teachers in the context of the globalization of the educational landscape. Special attention is given to the integration of international educational practices, which opens new horizons for improving the quality of methodological training. Both traditional and contemporary approaches to teaching are examined, including project-based learning, blended learning, and the use of digital platforms. An important aspect is the role of assessment and feedback in the educational process, with an emphasis on a personalized approach and constructive feedback. The text highlights the necessity of continuous professional development for teachers as a key element in enhancing the quality of education and discusses the importance of collaboration among colleagues to improve pedagogical practices.
