The researcher recommends the need to (pay attention to training at high temperatures, especially for people who want to lose weight and reduce the proportion of the lipid component), apply the high temperature training curriculum to athletes of different games and levels, and use high temperature training to develop physical abilities, especially those characterized by endurance.
