Abstract

This study examines the role of literacy leadership in elementary schools and how principal practices contribute to improving reading performance. The research highlights specific strategies employed by school leaders to foster an environment conducive to reading development. Using quantitative data from multiple schools, the study uncovers a positive correlation between effective literacy leadership and student reading outcomes. The findings suggest that principals play a critical role in shaping reading initiatives and that their leadership is essential in achieving literacy goals.
