PROFESSIONAL CULTURE AND MORAL VALUES OF MODERN LEADERS

Abstract

In this article, by developing the professional activities of modern leaders, deepening the reforms to build a legal state and civil society in New Uzbekistan is carried out on the basis of the main strategic goal of the state. Also, in order to restore and develop the traditions of national statehood in the spheres of state and society construction, the author's scientific analyzes and opinions have formed important foundations for the formation of the professional culture of modern leaders based on spiritual factors.
