Abstract

Diversification of production, land and water relations are discussed in the article improvement, favorable agribusiness environment and high added value chain to create, support the development of cooperative relations, to the field wide introduction of market mechanisms, information and communication technologies, as well as attention to issues such as the effective use of scientific achievements directed.
