Abstract

This correlational study examines the relationship between instructional leadership and technology integration, focusing on their influence on teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes in senior high school settings. The study aims to explore how leadership practices and the use of technology in the classroom contribute to enhancing teaching quality and improving student performance. A survey was conducted with 200 senior high school teachers and their students to gather data on the use of technology, leadership practices, teacher effectiveness, and student learning outcomes. The results reveal significant positive correlations between instructional leadership and both teacher effectiveness and technology integration, suggesting that leadership plays a key role in encouraging the use of technology in teaching. Additionally, technology integration was positively correlated with student learning outcomes, indicating that the effective use of technology enhances student engagement, learning, and overall academic performance. These findings emphasize the importance of instructional leadership in creating an environment that supports the integration of technology, thus improving teaching strategies and learning experiences. The study suggests that professional development for educators and continued leadership support are essential for maximizing the potential benefits of technology in education.
