Abstract
In a society based on market relations, various patterns of deviant and delinquent behavior began to emerge day by day. Enhancing the influence of the spiritual environment in society, educating young people, contributes to the systematic implementation of individual socialization. The existing moral and ethical norms in society are important in educating our youth to find their place in society, to be aspiring and patriotic.
