Main Article Content
Abstract
This quantitative study aims to examine the factors influencing the readiness of school administrators in private schools in Davao City for the resumption of face-to-face classes following the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a structured survey, data were collected from school administrators across a sample of private schools in the city. The study focuses on key variables such as training and support for staff, infrastructure preparedness, health and safety protocols, and the level of administrative experience. Statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics and correlation tests, were employed to determine the relationship between these factors and administrators' preparedness. Findings from this study provide valuable insights into the readiness of private schools to transition back to in-person learning and offer recommendations for enhancing preparedness, which could be applied to similar educational settings. The results underscore the importance of comprehensive planning and continuous professional development for school administrators as pivotal elements in ensuring the smooth reintegration of face-to-face classes.
