Abstract
The dynamic landscape of education demands leadership practices that not only respond to current challenges but also anticipate future trends. This study explores evolving leadership practices aimed at fostering innovation and resilience within educational institutions. By analyzing case studies, surveying educational leaders, and synthesizing research on transformative practices, the study identifies key strategies that support effective decision-making, adaptability, and the cultivation of collaborative cultures. Central to these findings are approaches that prioritize inclusive leadership, the integration of technology, and proactive responses to crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The study emphasizes that resilient educational leadership must embrace flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement to drive meaningful innovation.
