Abstract

This study examines the process of digital transformation in education, focusing on the intersection of innovation, pedagogy, and leadership. As educational institutions worldwide adapt to the rapid advancement of digital technologies, this research explores how these changes reshape teaching practices, leadership structures, and student learning experiences. Using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, the study investigates the strategies employed by educational leaders to implement digital tools effectively while maintaining pedagogical integrity. Key findings reveal that successful digital transformation requires a balance between innovative technology adoption, pedagogical adaptability, and strong leadership that fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. The research also identifies challenges such as resistance to change, digital inequity, and the need for ongoing professional development. The study offers practical recommendations for educators and policymakers aiming to navigate the complexities of digital transformation in education.
