Abstract
Recently, it has witnessed many rapid changes in the work of the Martyrs Foundation in the field of development and its related administrative methods by keeping pace with technological development in an effort to adopt quality standards that allow it to establish an administrative work system that balances reality at all social, political, technological and cultural levels and the established goals. Because the administrative and educational process is a constant search for modern methods, strategies and methods, the institution, like other fields, took by searching for its advanced electronic and technological version, by using modern artificial intelligence technology, which is one of the technologies of the technology era, as it touches all areas of life, starting with simple computers and moving on to more complex devices. The use of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in the region has accelerated in the Martyrs Foundation despite the capabilities. Simple, but it motivated employees to engage in artificial intelligence, and the institution opened the field of courses for its employees. In this context, scientific research comes into the role of artificial intelligence in improving the quality of the work of the institution’s employees.
