The author analyses the role of insurance tariffs, premiums, reserves, and liabilities in shaping a stable and efficient insurance system. Special attention is given to how these elements influence risk distribution, the financial stability of insurance companies, and the protection of policyholders' interests. The article emphasizes the importance of establishing fair and reasonable tariffs, as well as creating sufficient reserves to ensure the fulfilment of insurance obligations.
