Abstract

The digital era has transformed higher education by introducing innovative technologies, new pedagogical models, and expanded opportunities for interdisciplinary learning. These developments have significantly influenced aesthetic education, particularly within higher pedagogical institutions responsible for preparing future teachers. This study examines integrative approaches to aesthetic education in higher pedagogical institutions and explores the opportunities and challenges associated with their implementation in the digital era. The research analyzes theoretical foundations of aesthetic education, integrative pedagogy, digital transformation, and teacher professional development. Particular attention is devoted to interdisciplinary integration, digital creativity, cultural literacy, professional culture, and student-centered learning environments. The findings indicate that integrative approaches contribute significantly to the development of aesthetic competence, creativity, critical thinking, and professional identity among future educators. A conceptual model is proposed for integrating aesthetic education into contemporary teacher preparation programs.
