Abstract

This study investigates the critical role of supervisory leadership in sustaining effective educational practices amid global disruptions, such as pandemics and economic crises. As educational systems face unprecedented challenges, effective leadership at the supervisory level is essential for maintaining continuity in teaching, learning, and administrative processes. Using a mixed-methods approach that includes interviews, surveys, and case studies, the research explores how supervisory leaders adapt strategies to address immediate needs while ensuring long-term educational sustainability. The findings suggest that strong supervisory leadership fosters resilience, promotes innovation in instructional delivery, and supports teacher well-being, all of which contribute to the stability and success of educational practices during periods of disruption. The study emphasizes the need for leadership flexibility, proactive communication, and professional development to help educators navigate ongoing challenges. Recommendations for enhancing supervisory leadership in the face of global disruptions are provided, with implications for educational institutions worldwide.
