Abstract
The main ways to increase the efficiency of the fiber separation process are the continuous release of the fiber-separated seeds from the working chamber and keeping the density of the raw material in the chamber at the same level. In the weighing zone, the seeds separated by the saw teeth move on the surface of the colander and are transferred to the seed comb zone and are removed from the gap of 18-21 mm. For the normal operation of the electric motor, the surface of the grid with colosniks must be flat and smooth, and the distance between the colosniks in the upper part is equal to ha B and in the lower part. The technological process of ginning in cotton ginning enterprises is carried out using DP-130 type equipment.
