Abstract
Samarkand City has more than 10,000 catering establishments: cuisines, cafes, restaurants, tea houses, various catering service enterprises consisting of trade and cocktails. Among these, the transition to a digital economy is in a diffuse state, and the level of a digital economy is considered low. We proposed to organize a single server of Samarkand City "Obi –Rahmat" LLC ("star restaurant and shopping center") and other enterprises during the pandemic period of our research, to join future local or inter-network digital platforms, digitize information about the processes in the activities of the enterprise or bring it into the form of a number, using the existing electronic
