HIGH COMMITMENT WORK SYSTEMS IN EDUCATION: TRANSFORMING LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract
This study examines the role of High Commitment Work Systems (HCWS) in transforming leadership approaches and enhancing employee productivity within the education sector. HCWS are characterized by practices that foster employee engagement, organizational trust, and a shared vision. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with educators and school administrators, the study explores how these systems influence leadership styles, promote teacher collaboration, and improve classroom outcomes. Results demonstrate that institutions implementing HCWS experience higher job satisfaction, reduced turnover rates, and significant improvements in student performance. The findings provide practical insights for educational leaders seeking to foster a culture of commitment and excellence in their organizations.
