Abstract

This study investigates the role of educational leadership in preparing future-ready learners amidst systemic challenges in Singapore’s education system. It explores how leaders at various educational levels address issues such as curriculum adaptation, technology integration, and the evolving needs of students in a rapidly changing global landscape. By conducting interviews with school leaders and educators, the research identifies key strategies, such as fostering innovation, promoting lifelong learning, and enhancing student-centered approaches, to navigate these challenges. The findings highlight the importance of forward-thinking leadership in ensuring that students are equipped with the skills necessary for success in the 21st century. The study offers recommendations for leaders to effectively guide educational reforms and adapt to systemic changes.
