Abstract
This study examines leadership strategies for promoting numeracy development through a cross-cultural lens, focusing on enhancing mathematical competencies in diverse educational settings. It explores how school leaders implement strategies to improve teaching practices, student engagement, and academic performance in mathematics, considering cultural influences on learning. Through comparative analysis of case studies from different countries, the research identifies effective leadership approaches, such as fostering a growth mindset, creating supportive learning environments, and encouraging collaboration among educators. The findings emphasize the importance of culturally responsive leadership in addressing challenges and enhancing numeracy skills across varied cultural contexts.
