Youth and National Values: the Responsibility of Preserving Cultural Heritage

Abstract

National values form the spiritual foundation of any society, playing a crucial role in its stability and development. This study focuses on the role and responsibility of youth in preserving and promoting national values. In the era of globalization and technological advancement, safeguarding cultural heritage has become increasingly important. The assimilation of cultural values by younger generations and their transmission to future generations are key factors in ensuring the spiritual sustainability of society.The research examines the formation of national values in the minds of young people, their promotion through the education system, and the responsibility of youth in preserving cultural heritage. Additionally, the study explores young people's attitudes towards national values and strategies for integrating them into modern society. The findings indicate that the level of youth awareness regarding national values is influenced by their education, family upbringing, and the cultural environment in which they live.This study highlights the importance of joint efforts by the education system, government policies, and society to ensure the active participation of youth in preserving and promoting cultural heritage. Effective use of modern technologies and social media is necessary for popularizing national values and engaging young people in the promotion of cultural heritage. Future research should focus on exploring the mechanisms of youth perception of national values and developing innovative approaches to their preservation.
