EXPLORING THE ECOSYSTEM OF DIGITAL INNOVATION: IMPLICATIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

This study explores the ecosystem of digital innovation and its implications for educational management, focusing on how emerging technologies and innovative practices reshape administrative processes and learning environments. The digital transformation in education necessitates a shift in management strategies to effectively integrate technological advancements, optimize resource utilization, and support stakeholder engagement. Using a qualitative research approach, the study examines case studies and expert insights to identify the core elements of a digital innovation ecosystem, including infrastructure, policy frameworks, and collaborative networks. Findings highlight the transformative potential of digital tools such as learning management systems, data analytics platforms, and virtual collaboration technologies in streamlining operations and enhancing educational outcomes. However, challenges such as resistance to change, digital inequities, and cybersecurity risks must be addressed. The study concludes with recommendations for educational leaders to cultivate an adaptive, inclusive, and resilient digital innovation ecosystem that aligns with institutional goals and societal demands.
