Abstract

This article explores the multifaceted impact of private entrepreneurship on the well-being of both families and communities. Private entrepreneurs play a pivotal role in driving economic growth, job creation, and innovation, thereby enhancing the socio-economic landscape. At the family level, entrepreneurship offers opportunities for upward mobility, financial stability, and flexibility in work-life balance. However, it also presents challenges such as financial risk and work-life imbalance. Community - wise, private entrepreneurship fosters local development, social cohesion, and philanthropy, yet it can exacerbate inequalities and environmental degradation. Through a comprehensive review of literature and empirical evidence, this article elucidates the nuanced interplay between private entrepreneurship and well-being, offering insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers to harness the benefits and mitigate the challenges associated with entrepreneurial activities.
