PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: ADDRESSING BOTTLENECKS AND CONCERNS

Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between principal leadership and personal development, focusing on how principals address bottlenecks and concerns in school management and leadership practices. It explores the challenges faced by school leaders in their professional growth, including time management, decision-making pressures, and the need for continuous skill development. Through interviews with principals and education professionals, the research identifies key factors that hinder or promote personal development, such as support systems, professional development opportunities, and self-reflection. The findings suggest that overcoming leadership bottlenecks requires a combination of effective time management, mentoring, and ongoing learning. The study offers recommendations for principals to improve their personal development and leadership effectiveness.
