Comparative Analysis of Educational Outcomes in Montessori and Traditional Education Systems

Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of the academic and social performance of students in Montessori schools versus those in traditional educational systems. Montessori education, characterized by its focus on self-directed learning and a prepared environment, has often been compared with traditional education methods that emphasize structured curricula and teacher-directed instruction. This study examines both the academic achievements and the social development of children in these two systems, using quantitative and qualitative data. Results show significant differences in student outcomes, particularly in areas such as critical thinking, creativity, and social skills.
