Characteristics of Associative Meaning of the Uzbek Lexeme

Abstract

This article analyzed the issue of verbalization of the meanings of the Uzbek lexeme in associations of language owners. Based on the knowledge of the Uzbek lexemes of the Uzbek language speakers, the meanings of this word perceived by them were described. For this, a free associative experiment was conducted on 364 native speakers of the Uzbek lexeme, and based on the obtained materials, the issue of the occurrence of the meanings of these words in associations was analyzed.
