Abstract

This study examines sustainability and resilience in digital transformation through a cross-industry lens, exploring implications for modern educational practices. As digital technologies continue to redefine operational paradigms across sectors, education must adopt innovative strategies to ensure sustainable and resilient learning ecosystems. Using a comparative analysis of industries such as healthcare, finance, and retail, this research identifies transferable practices, including adaptive infrastructure design, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement, that can enhance educational outcomes. Key findings emphasize the importance of aligning technology integration with environmental, economic, and social sustainability goals while fostering resilience to disruptions such as global crises. Challenges such as resource disparities and resistance to change are also highlighted, along with recommendations for scalable solutions. The study concludes by offering a framework for educational institutions to balance sustainability and resilience, enabling long-term success in the digital age.
