Abstract

Parental involvement remains a cornerstone of student success, especially in the context of the "new normal" brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates the challenges, benefits, and strategies associated with parental engagement in education during this transformative period. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research incorporates surveys, interviews, and case studies to explore diverse perspectives from parents, teachers, and school administrators. Findings reveal that while parental involvement enhances academic performance, motivation, and socio-emotional development, it is often hindered by barriers such as limited digital literacy, time constraints, and access to resources. Strategies that emerged as effective include fostering regular communication, providing parental training on digital tools, and implementing flexible support programs tailored to family needs. The study underscores the importance of a collaborative approach in addressing challenges and maximizing the benefits of parental involvement in education during uncertain times.
